The Road Legacy - Part One

Welcome to the Road's Legacy

Lyer Road

Lyer Road is a gentle Pisces who began life in the SimWorld as a Young Adult when he moved in with his daughter, Elizabeth Road, and his good friend Reed Pyels. He aspires to become one of the best Ghost Hunters in the business and quickly joined the profession.

His Traits include: Absent-Minded, Great Kisser, Bookworm, Clumsy, and Artistic.

Elizabeth Road is also a Pisces and began life as a Child when her father, Lyer Road, moved in with his friend Reed Pyler. She has come a long way from the child she once was and her traits are.

Traits: Shy, Perceptive, Good, Dramatic, and Artistic.

Reed Pyels

Reed Pyles is a handsome Aries bent on attaining perfection in both Mind and Body. Moving out with Lyer Road and Lyer's daughter, he quickly joined the Fire Fighting profession.

Traits: Workaholic, Loves the Outdoors, Bookworm, Athletic, and Friendly.

Elizabeth Roads grows into a teen! Her clothes may be ugly, but this girl is soon to be a celebrity, whether she likes the attention or not!

In her Teen years, Elizabeth covered a lot of territory, starting when she began dating her first love, Michael Bachelor.

Sneaking out to Park past curfew, little did Elizabeth known Michael was a celebrity and she soon found herself all over the tabloid papers and the papparazi at her front step. However, the public adored her and eventually her popularity grew even beyond that of her boyfriend.

Despite her relationship with Michael, she found her attention continuing to wonder back to her childhood friend Sam Sekemoto. Life of fame and fortuen wasn't in the dreams of this shy, artistic sim and so when Sam came over, she was quick to make her move. Unfortunatly, the paparrazi were even quicker and her affair was soon all around town.

After patching things up with Michael, they broke off their relationship - which was really for the best, since Michael's attention had wondered far from her feminine charms to those of her adopted half-brother, Sebastion Roads:

Elizabeth's relationships weren't the only thing stirring up and soon Reed and Lyer found their friendship deepening to something else.

Things moved along quickly for the family.

During this time, they also decided to expand their family by adopting children. Lyer had already adopted Sebastion Roads, who soon moved out with his boyfriend Michael Bachelor, while Reed adopted Keegan Pyels.

Adopted by Reed Pyles before his marriage to Lyer Roads, Keegan grew from a Child to a Teen and eventaully an Adult.

A Scorpio, Keegan aspires to be a Hit Music Composer and is a master at the Piano and soon the Guitar. He is also quite a cook, although with their butler employeed his skills are called for often.

His Traits are: Shy, Virtuoso, Heavy Sleeper, Grumpy, and Angler [he came with it when he was adopted].

With a growing family, Reed and Lyer soon found they need to move to a new location and so set up in the new mansion on the hill overlooking town and named it Road's Legacy [picture at top - if interested, you can see photos of the house on my Facebook under Sims 3].

Moving out they decided to adopt another child, this time a girl toddler, named Rhapsody Pyels.

A Pisces, her Traits are: Slob, Hopeless Romantic, Artistic, and Ambitious.

Rhapsody became interested in Writing as a child and her obsession led her to continue writing now into her Teens and also to get a part-time job at the local bookstore.

To date she has written three books: Blatant Lies [fiction] and The Tiny Lebronskie [humor] as a child. And now, her latest book as a teen writer, is The Jasperian Gem [mystery].

Reed and Lyer weren't the only ones adding to their family, however. Elizabeth, now grown and making a name for herself as a Sculptor, decided to take her relationship with Sam Sekemoto to the next level.

However tabloids are vicious and made a such a big fuss over her first child, Everard Sekemoto, being out of wedlock that Elizabeth was forced to sue them to silence!

A Taurus like his father, Everard is now a Child with a deep interest in painting (and soon drafting when he's old enough). He turned out so cute! ^o^

His Traits: Adventurer, Absent-Minded, and Disciplined.

After Elizabethe and Sam's marriage, they ended up producing another child, this time a little girl who they named Aurora.

The most adorable baby, Aurora is a Cancer with the traits: Brave and Excitable.

He father, Sam Sekemoto is a Taurus who is also an inspiring Inventor who dreams of becoming a Monster Maker with his own frankensteins and simbots added to the family.

Traits: Good Sense of Humor, Daredevil, Excitable, Eccentric, and Artistic.

Growing up is something every sim does and Reed and Lyer were no different. Now Adults, Lyer has completed his lifetime wish of becoming the top Ghost Hunter but continues the work because he enjoys it. Reed, on the other hand, has mastered the Body and is now studying Martial Arts since their trip to China only days ago. He is almost ready to master the Mind, however the stresses of being a Fire Fighter were becoming to much and so he left his job as Fire Chief and local town hero to take some time off.
